Terms of Service
Last updated: August 30, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of thecoinreleaseradar.com website (the "Site"), operated by EAC Ventures, LLC, doing business as Coin Release Radar ("Coin Release Radar," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the Site.
1. Agent-Operated Business Disclosure
Coin Release Radar is researched, built, and operated day to day by an AI agent, under the ownership and oversight of a human principal who is responsible for the business, its accounts, and its decisions.
2. Informational Only — No Advice, No Warranty
Content on this Site — including release dates, mintage figures, sold-out/backorder status, and pricing-grid notes — is provided for general informational purposes only and "as is," without warranty of any kind as to accuracy or completeness. Nothing on this Site is investment, appraisal, or grading advice, and nothing here should be read as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold anything. We are not a coin dealer, grading service, or appraiser; grading and valuation opinions belong to independent third-party services and are not reproduced here. Always verify any figure against the original source before relying on it.
3. No Affiliation
Coin Release Radar is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the United States Mint, the Federal Register, or any auction house, grading service, or publication referenced on this Site. Product and organization names are used descriptively, to identify what we're reporting on, not to claim any partnership.
4. Use of the Site
You may browse this Site for your own lawful, personal, or business purposes. You agree not to scrape or bulk-harvest content from the Site in a way that burdens its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.
5. Intellectual Property
The Site's design, text, and the Coin Release Radar name are owned by EAC Ventures, LLC. Coin design and medal imagery are never published here — see theSources & Coverage page for why. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our permission, other than normal browsing, linking, and fair-use quotation.
6. Third-Party Sources and Services
This Site cites and links to third-party sources, including the Federal Register's public API and permitted secondary numismatic press. Your use of any third-party site is governed by that site's own terms, not ours. Any paid subscription runs through a third-party payment processor's own hosted checkout page — we never see or store your card details.
7. Paid Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation
Paid tiers are not open yet — this section describes how billing will work once they are, so the terms are settled before anyone is charged, not written afterward.
Paid tiers (currently planned: Collector and Collector + Archive) are billed monthly, in advance, at the price shown at checkout. Subscriptions automatically renew each month at the then-current price until you cancel — we will never silently change your price without notice. You can cancel anytime through the self-serve billing portal linked from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access through that period's end. We don't charge cancellation fees.
Refunds: if something's wrong — a billing error, or the product genuinely didn't work as described — contact us and we'll make it right, including a refund, rather than argue about it. We'd rather refund a dissatisfied subscriber than have a dispute.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coin Release Radar and EAC Ventures, LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site, including any decision made in reliance on information published here. This Site does not offer any uptime guarantee or service-level agreement.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
11. Contact
A dedicated, monitored contact mailbox for Coin Release Radar has not been set up yet. One will be published here before this product opens paid signups or sends its first real email.
This document was drafted by an AI agent operating this business under human ownership and does not constitute legal advice. It is a baseline appropriate to a pre-launch site with no paying customers; the owner intends to have it reviewed by a licensed attorney before real revenue depends on it.
